- selection of candidate wells for workover; - carrying-out of R&D and field trials regarding well workover (EOR, water shut-off, cementing operations); - development of programs and engineering services regarding well workover; - development of integrated EOR programs and engineering services in the course of implementation; - selection of advanced equipment required for well operations; - development, testing and implementation of new technologies regarding well workover; - assessment of efficiency of implemented programs, monitoring of well operation, audit; - contribution towards development of instructions for new technological processes of reservoir stimulation and introduction of amendments to the existing ones; - contribution towards the commissions for analysis and mitigation of accident risks in the course of well workover; - report preparation and presentation to the Customers
