Petroleum / Reservoir / Geologist Engineer with 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, mainly in development of the oil fields onshore and offshore. Current work permit: Venezuela, Russia, USA, Belarus and Ukraine. • Coordinate and Organize staff under my supervision at the Development Reservoir and Study department. • Research of new well, sidetrack options, and supervise the approval process at the Venezuelan Ministry Authorities. • Elaboration of technical supports to incorporate new reserves. • Supervise well intervention programs to achieve maintenance and growth of the oil and gas production. • Analyze and monitor the records of results GR, RFT etc. in open hole. • Well integrity control for reservoir surveillance, analysis and interpretation of records PLT, Build Up and Pressure of reservoir. • Define and program work overs and drilling calendar, as well as monitor all the related activities in Operating Assets and provide support and technical advice. • Development of oil and gas plans extraction with different planning horizons of 25 years. • Work with engineering, operations and HSE departments on different aspects that may affect the production. • Water Injection monitoring and implementing necessary actions for performance enhancement. Good team worker, focused on maximizing performance in an optimum partnership environment. Able efficiently communicate, interact and work at different organization’s levels. Strong abilities using software commonly used in the oil & gas industry as Microsoft Office, applications professionals: OFM, MicroStation, Centinela, SPP, SIPEP, Sisub, WellFlo, AICO and bases of dates.
