Responsibilities: - customer consultation for company services - career guidance of the customer (assistance in choosing a programming language or current IT direction to start training) - identification of personal qualities of the customer - preparation and execution of a contract with a customer - payment control - hiring trainers, assistance in registering a legal entity, calculating salary - preparation and control of the schedule and attendance of classes by the customer - solving disagreements with current customers - preparation of orders and other documentation for the launch / release of groups ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Introduction of new functionality in the company's CRM system 1. development and maintain of technical and requirements documentation like Vision&Scope documentation, PRD, architecture documentation, use case. 2. communication and gather requirements from management and end users 3. mockups creation of separated pages with functionality according to customers’ requirements 4. solution testing and evaluation according to KPI.
